To register on this site, click on Profile icon and then click on Register on the menu bar and enter your Profile and Account information. Then click Register. There is no cost to become a registered member. Please note: For security purposes, your password must consist of 8 -14 characters and must include at least one letter and one number. Passwords are case sensitive.

To sign in to your customer account, click on Profile icon. Click Sign In on the menu bar and enter your Username or e-mail address and password and Click on Login. If you are using a trusted machine to login into to your account, you can click on “Remember me” box to help you quicker login upon return to our website.

To sign out of your customer account, click Sign Out on the menu bar and you will return to the home page. If Sign Out does not appear on the menu bar, then you are not currently signed in to the site.

If you have forgotten your password, click Sign In on the menu bar to access the Sign In screen. At the bottom of the page, click on the Forgot password. On the password retrieval page, you may enter your e-mail address, and then click Email Password Reset Link. We will send your password to the e-mail address we have on file for your account

On the Product page just click the shopping cart icon given at the bottom of the item that you wish to purchase to add it to your Cart. Should you want to add more than one piece of the same item, either press the cart icon as many times as the number of pieces you would like to purchase or under “View Cart” you can change the quantity to your desired number and press update sign given in the front.

To remove a single item from your shopping cart, click the BIN icon next to the item you wish to remove.

Under View Cart, you can click on “Clear Cart” to remove all items currently in your shopping cart.

To view your order history you must first Sign In. Click My Account icon on the menu bar to access your account information. Select My Orders from the My Account menu and then select the order number for the order you wish to view.

You can include special instructions for orders during checkout. In your shopping cart, click Checkout. On the Checkout page, type your special instructions or comments in the Special Instructions text box. Click Place Order to continue with the checkout process.

Yes you can ship to a Shipping address which could be different to your Billing address. You can associate multiple shipping addresses to your Billing Address. However one order will be shipped to one Shipping address only. On the Checkout page you can add details of your Shipping addresses.
