Merchandise may be accepted for exchange or credit for the following reasons: defective, merchandise not as ordered or other valid reason as determined by ANWRANGLER USA LLC. The customer must immediately notify our customer service department and obtain RETURN AUTHORIZATION APPROVAL NUMBER before returning or exchanging any item.
This policy excludes all sterile or disposable goods, without exception. Once a sterile good has left our possession, the condition, storage and treatment of that good is unknown. Therefore, we must consider such goods jeopardized and will not accept its return.
Any item returned must be sent back to ANWRANGLER USA LLC is to be prepacked in the original box or packaging with manuals and accessories, if any, within 15 days from the date of receipt. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 15 days from date of receipt.
Any used instrument being returned due to suspected manufacturing defect must be CLEANED and STERILIZED in a sealed autoclave pouch with indicator strip/tape prior to return.
A 2-3% Credit Card Reversal Fee will apply to refunds paid by credit or debit card.
ANWRANGLER USA LLC provides THREE YEAR warranty for its instruments against Manufacturing defects or Corrosion, provided the instrument is used for its intended surgical purpose and is not tempered or damaged with any un-authorized sharpening, polishing or hardening. If within warranty period a purchased instrument from our website starts to show sign of corrosion or manufacturing defect as confirmed by our technical staff, we will replace or repair it for FREE. In no event will ANWRANGLER USA LLC be liable for any incidental, special or exemplary damages or loss of profits in connection with the use of surgical instruments and products bought from it.
ANWRANGLER USA LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. ANWRANGLER USA LLC reserves the right at any time after confirmation of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply the order either in full or in parts. All orders placed must be approved with an acceptable method of payment, as established by the company.
Customized items or special orders for items which are not normally in-stock are considered final when the order is placed. CANCELLATION or EXCHANGES on Special Order items may not be possible unless as identified as defective, merchandise not as ordered or any other valid reason as determined by ANWRANGLER USA LLC. NO REFUND may be possible on such orders.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed on our web site do not include taxes or shipping charges, if applicable.
Any and all claims for missing, damaged, incorrect or defective goods must be made within 15 days after receipt of order.
Any failure or delay in the shipment or delivery caused by lack or failure of transportation, back orders or delay in shipping, breakdowns, accidents, strikes, flood, or any cause beyond our control, shall not constitute breach of contract, nor shall any damages attach to such failure or delay.
We reserve the right to make partial deliveries of an order and maintain the balance on back order until the products are available. Back orders may be cancelled by the customer prior to shipping the product (except for special order items, which shall not be cancelled).
Title of ownership of all products sold under this order shall remain with ANWRANGLER USA LLC until payment for the entire balance has been tendered.
A late payment charge of 1.5% per month or 18% per year will apply on all amounts due over 30 days, plus collection fee and/or court costs if referred to an agency or attorney for collection.
Sales Tax if applicable in any State, will be collected for orders shipped to that State.
All other applicable taxes shall be charged as per the prevailing tax laws of State of Texas
